Black screen after first The Maw encounter

On rare occasions, the first autosave after your first encounter with The Maw might become corrupt, resulting in a black screen after you reload the game. Our team is working on resolving this issue.

Meanwhile, a known workaround is to reload an earlier game save and continue playing until you reach the second autosave point after the chase. The game should save properly, and you will be able to continue unraveling Niwa's mysteries.
